Who I Am & How I Can Help...
I created Wholistic Haven with the belief that healing requires a whole-person approach that honors the mind, body, relationships, culture, and lived experiences. True healing happens when we have the space to understand our stories, reconnect with ourselves, and develop the tools to navigate life with greater awareness and intention.
As a multi-state licensed clinical social worker with over a decade of experience, I support clients in Florida, Oregon, and New Mexico navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, life transitions, identity exploration, relationship challenges, and personal growth. My approach integrates evidence-based psychotherapy with holistic practices to support emotional wellness, self-discovery, and meaningful change.
My experience serving in the United States Air Force, from enlisted service to retiring as a Captain, shaped my understanding of identity, belonging, and the complexities of navigating spaces where you may not always feel understood or represented. These experiences reinforced the importance of creating spaces where people feel understood and supported while honoring the unique journeys and experiences that shape who they are.
I am passionate about providing affirming, culturally responsive care for BIPOC individuals and those whose identities and stories have not always been fully recognized or honored in traditional spaces. I welcome people of diverse identities, relationships, and life journeys, including LGBTQ+ individuals.
My goal is to create a space where you feel seen, respected, and empowered to heal, not just survive. Together, we can uncover your strengths, build a deeper connection with yourself, and create a path toward greater authenticity and alignment.
